A new retail incubator located on a walking trail downtown Stevens Point is designed to be a sleek, flexible, all-inclusive retail starter pack for small businesses. Inspired by the logging history of the city, woods and river blues with a featured rain drop motif will create a welcoming space for the community to drop-in.
